Quality Control Introduction

The quality management is a direct responsibility of the GeneralManager; we have set up the quality inspection department, theinspection and testing center, the measurement center, and thequality management department internally, and we follow oneauthority principle, consistent responsibility and power principle,and non-vacancy and non-overlapping principle to ensure theauthority and the uniqueness of quality control.

We are an organizational member of “China Product QualityAssociation”, Our product has been awarded “National Product ofStable and Certified Quality” and our quality managementorganization has been awarded the title of “Advanced QualityManagement Enterprise” and our Inspection and Testing Laboratoryhas been the first in the industry that evaluated by “ChinaPetroleum and Chemical Industry Association” as an “A Grade QualityInspection Organization of Petroleum and ChemicalEnterprise”.

We are not only paying attention to the quality control during themanufacturing process, we pay more attention to the outgoinginspection before our products leave the factory. We make sure thateach product must go through various inspection and testing itemsbefore it leaves the factory, and only those qualified afterinspection and test are allowed to leave the factory.

The electrical laboratory can perform various tests, including:Glow-Wire Test, Tracking Test, Needle Flame Test, InsulationResistance Measurement, Voltage Withstand Test, Low ResistanceMeasurement, Contact Resistance Measurement, Earth ResistanceMeasurement, Lithium Battery Inner Resistance Measurement, and LEDLuminous Flux Test and Measurement.

The mechanical test center is equipped with Computerized UniversalHydraulic Testing Machine, Micro-processed Spring Dynamometer, andImpact Testing Equipment. Various tests and measurements can beperformed in the center, such as Material Strength Measurement(yield strength, and tensile strength, etc.), Pulling Force Test,Tempered Glass Impact Test, Spring Force Measurement, RubberHardness Measurement, and Material Hardness Measurement.

Environmental Testing Center

Various Inspections and tests can be performed in the EnvironmentalTest Center, such as Rubber Aging Test, Dust Protection Test, High& Low Temperature Test, Damp Heat Test, Low TemperatureEnvironmental Simulation Test, High Temperature EnvironmentSimulation Test, Anti-Corrosion Test, and Adhesive Force Test ofPlastic Coating, etc.

imported directly from Germany, the Full-Spectrum Spark DirectReading Spectrometric Analyzer enables us to perform microconstituent analysis for the three basic materials of copper,aluminum, and steel, and the analysis of various constituent can becompleted in mere 10 seconds.

High Precision Image Measuring Instrument utilizes the principle ofmicroscope image projection, it can be used for two dimensional andthree dimensional precision measurement and flameproof threadmeasurement. This instrument has self calibration module, and themeasurement accuracy can be as high as 5micron.                                      

The Distribution Photometer is used for measuring the luminousintensity distribution curve of various lighting fixtures, it cansatisfy the latest requirements of domestic and internationalstandards; it can perform functional measurement for variousluminous intensities, and it is suitable for luminous intensitytest of different types of light source. This DistributionPhotometer is controlled by computer with automatic focusadjustment, so the distribution curve can be finished in onerun.                                                                                           

Ultrasonic Thickness Measurement (measuring glass thickness,etc.)

After over twenty years development, the company has founded theexplosion-proof manufacturing base in Jiading of Shanghai, China,with land coverage of 150, 000 square meters and a buildingcoverage of 160, 000 square meters. It has over 2, 500 productionworkers with an annual production capacity of 300 millionUSD.

There are seven units within the production department, includingExport Production Unit, Die-Cast Unit, Fabricating Unit, ElectricAppliance Unit, Piping Unit, Fan Unit, and Plastic Unit, forming anall-in-one explosion-proof apparatus manufacturingsystem.

The Exporting Production Unit is focusing on producingexplosion-proof products for exporting that are complied with IEC,EN and GOST standards. The unit is directly under the management of theForeign Trade Division of the company and is operating within theQuality Management System of ISO9001, IECEx/OD005 andATEX/EN13980.
